Is This What The FEMA EO's Were Created For?

So far the biggest loser in this proxy war with Russia (besides the innocent people of Ukraine) is the US. I don’t buy that the sanctions imposed on Russia were a miscalculation and just happened to backfire. I think it was done on purpose to further destroy the US economy, weaken the dollar, make food scarce, and bring devastating hardship on the American people. Why? Because that outcome can be used as the excuse for transforming the country into what the globalists always wanted it to be, a communist state.

If the economy collapses, while the US is financially neutered and agriculturally handicapped (due to fertilizer prices), it would be grounds for a declaration of “National Emergency” (“in any time of increased international tension or economic or financial crisis”). During this time, the acting president can enact a slew of executive orders that would “mitigate” the devastation. With the help of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency), the orders become reality.

Here’s a list of executive orders associated with FEMA that can be put into law during a “National Emergency”.

• “Executive Order 10990 - Allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.”

• “Executive Order 10995 - Allows the government to seize and control the communication media.”

• “Executive Order 10997 - Allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.”

• “Executive Order 10998 - Allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.”

• “Executive Order 10999 - Allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.”

• “Executive Order 11000 - Allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.”

• “Executive Order 11001 - Allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.”

• “Executive Order 11002 - Designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.”

• “Executive Order 11003 - Allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.”

• “Executive Order 11004 - Allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.”

• “Executive Order 11005 - Allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.”

• “Executive Order 11051 - Specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.”

• “Executive Order 11310 - Grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.”

• “Executive Order 11049 - Assigns emergency preparedness functions to federal departments and agencies,consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.”

• “Executive Order 11921 - Allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of productions and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.  The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA’s Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA’s role as a “new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis.””

Most of these executive orders were created (or at least commissioned) in 1962 by JFK with the exception of EO 11921 which was created by Gerald Ford in 1976. An honorable mention would be EO 13732 created by Obama in 2016 that allows the US military to use force against American citizens. Although Executive Orders have no constitutional authority, it hasn’t stopped them from becoming de facto law before. National Emergencies can in fact be declared by the sitting president and has recently been done so by G.W Bush, Obama, and Trump.

So why wait all this time to enact these EO’s? Surely there were earlier opportunities such as the 2008 financial crisis or COVID. As bad as 2008 and COVID were to the global financial system, the US still held the dollar hegemony card, and both instances do not compare to the inflation rate we are witnessing now. In fact you can discern that one of COVID’s utilities was to help create the financial situation we find ourselves in. With the dollar rapidly falling out of favor as the global currency, inflation rising, food shortage accelerating, and international tensions running high, this would be the perfect storm.

It’s well enough that there are EO’s created to impose martial law, but what’s the contingency plan for US citizens that will inevitably oppose these orders? The US’ Deep State had thought about this question and came up with REX 84.

“Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was a classified scenario and drill developed by the United States federal government to detain large numbers of United States citizens deemed to be "national security threats" in the event that the president declared a National Emergency”

Under REX 84 the infamous FEMA camps were built. These camps are essentially POW camps that are built to keep people in, not out. There are over 800 of these camps spread around the US. Most can house on average of 15,000-20,000 people, the biggest being in Fairbanks Alaska that can house around 2 million people. Most are currently fully staffed and operational, yet they remain empty. The REX 84 operation was first reported in the Miami Herald on July 5th, 1987 by Alfonso Chardy who wrote:

”These camps are to be operated by FEMA should martial law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached.”

That “list of names” Chardy refers to might sound familiar as a list of names compiled by the FBI was exposed in 2021, and was found to have nearly 2 million US citizens who pose a potential “threat” to national security. With today’s NSA spying technology, I wouldn’t be surprised if that list was just the tip of the iceberg.

Enact all those executive orders and mix them with the ambition’s of modern technocrats and you get a CCP-esque, New World Order America. I’m not saying that this is necessarily going to happen at this moment, but these EO’s and camps were created for some event. An event that has yet to reveal itself. Even at a time like this, it’s possible Biden doesn’t get a call to enact the EO’s. They are a powerful play that can most likely only be used once. The FEMA camps & EO’s were a big story in the early 2000’s. They remain relevant to this day.
